Terms of Service
Last updated: November 5, 2026
These terms apply to every order you place with Focus. By sending an order, you accept them along with our Refund Policy.
1Who we are
Focus is a short-form video editing studio at focus-cut.com, based in Poland. Write to us at [email protected].
2How an order works
- You choose the length, the number of Reels and a style in the order form, and send your footage or a link to it.
- We check the footage and confirm the order with you, usually within a few hours. If something won't work, we tell you before you pay.
- Then we send you a Stripe payment link or a crypto address. Your order is booked once the payment arrives, and we start work.
3Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars, as shown on focus-cut.com when you send your order.
- Reels ordered and paid for together get a volume discount: 5% from 3 Reels, 10% from 5 and 15% from 10.
- You pay in advance: by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, or in crypto. Stripe processes card payments, so we never see your card details.
- Any fees your bank or wallet charges are yours to cover.
4Delivery
- The first cut of a Reel arrives within 20 hours after your order is booked. For several Reels, we agree on a delivery schedule when we confirm the order.
- Each Reel comes as a vertical 1080×1920 video file, ready for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- If anything delays us, we let you know right away.
5Revisions
- Every Reel includes two rounds of revisions. A round is one list of changes to the cut we sent you: timing, captions, music, graphics.
- New footage, a new script or a different idea after the first cut counts as a new Reel.
- A Reel counts as accepted when you approve it, or 14 days after we sent its latest version if we haven't heard back.
6Your materials
- You confirm that you have the rights to everything you send us, such as footage, logos, fonts and music, and that it's legal to publish.
- We may decline material that's illegal, hateful or infringes someone else's rights. Any Reel we decline is refunded in full.
- If you ask for a specific song, clearing its rights is up to you. Platforms can mute or block copyrighted music.
7Who owns the result
- Once your order is paid, the finished Reels are yours. Post them anywhere, including ads, and edit them as you like.
- Our project files are not part of the delivery.
- We may show finished Reels, including short before-and-after clips, in our portfolio and on Focus's social accounts. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us and we won't.
8Changing your mind
Before we start, you can cancel for a full refund. An order of several Reels can be stopped at any time. Our Refund Policy explains how we count what you get back.
9Consumers in the EU and UK
If you order as a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of paying. When you send your order, you ask us to start work right away. If you cancel within those 14 days, you pay for the Reels we've started or delivered in proportion to the price you paid, and we refund the rest. The right to cancel ends once every Reel has been delivered. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
10Our responsibility
- We work to make every Reel match your brief. We can't promise how a video will perform: views, followers and sales depend on things outside our control.
- If we get something wrong, we fix it or refund the Reel concerned.
- Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow such a limit.
11Your data
- We use your email, your contact handle and the materials you send only to do your order and to talk to you about it.
- The site runs on Cloudflare, orders and files reach us through Telegram, and payments go through Stripe. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
- To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, write to [email protected].
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Your order follows the version that was on this page when you sent it.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the consumer law of the country you live in.
